Gerdau Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics brings together the ethical principles we use in conducting our business and in relation to our various stakeholders: suppliers, customers, competitors, shareholders, government, community and the environment. It is organized according the best practices of ethics and compliance, demonstrating the conduct necessary for the company to act accordingly.

Gerdau has a Code of Ethics for Third Parties that gathers the main guidelines for our partners to conduct their business with Gerdau and we hope that all of our third parties act in compliance with the text of this Code and Gerdau values.
